Another example with forum: the PreSale topic! If there is a topic that should be watch like an eagle, this is the one! Often, too often, it’s Saturday or Sunday and nobody is there to answer. Really not the best tactic to attract new customers. A VA just watching this PreSale topic during the week-end will worth is price of gold!

I saw on the Warrior Forum, Internet Marketers wishing to use the services of a VA but skipping that option because they feel they have so few hours to offer! Don’t forget! A few hours to start with is the perfect way to test your future VA! Trust does not come as a package! It comes drop by drop!

What Are You Comfortable With?

• Wordpress. Very comfortable with it! I like plugins, maybe too much! Podcasting also!
• Directory Script. I can install a directory in less than one hour. You can see an example at: http://www.coffeecostarica.org. This script also have exchange links and an article directory. I don’t know why, but I have this obsession about directories! Weird!
• MindMap. I manage MindMaps quiet well! See a mindmap I did plus this article at MinMaps Underdog Tool For internet Marketers!
• Last is Zoom Indexer. This is a tool that YOU could use to make search able all the Pdf files you have. This indexer can index all the words within Pdf documents. You have 10 Pdf and 5000 words. You will be able to create a library where all the words WITHIN these Pdf files become fully searchable!

Tools I Have

1. I know it is old, but to create a simple web page, it is more than enough!
2. XSite Pro. I have it but really never use it. There would have a learning curve but it is there.
3. Mindjet MindManager Pro 7. This is the tool I use to create MindMaps
4. MAGIX Podcast MAKER to create PodCast
5. Keywords Analyzer 7…I am sure you know this one
6. Competion Dominator …really nice tool to spy on your competition…legally!
7. Camtasia Studio 3.0

Attitude (unordered list)

• I respect the hand that feed me
• I don’t have a 9 to 5 attitude
• I am flexible: 25 hours one week, 50 hours another week
• I adapt my schedule to YOUR priority, not mine
• I like to stay at home
• I love my computer
• I am a dedicated person. If one day you tell me there is an emergency, it will be treated like an emergency.
• I am available 7 days a week…again flexible
• I am not sick very often
• I am not jealous of success. You made $5000 in a week-end! Good for you and good for me too! I know I will be paid!!
• If I worked 1 hour and 47 minutes, it is 1.47 minutes that will be billed! I am not going to round off to 2 hours.
• If there is a learning curve in any task, I will tell you! Example! It takes 4 hours to complete a task. There were 2 hours of learning curve. In the report, it will be mentioned. You will decide what to cut!
• I will use a computer clock in / out, avoiding any discrepancies
• If for any reason, I don’t want to work with you anymore, I will give you a notice before leaving. I don’t dump people like this!

I am married to a Tica (friendly name for Costa Rican people). Her name is Sarah. Already 13 years! Gee! Times fly! I am a grandfather, 3 grandsons, 2 granddaughters. My daughters are living in Quebec.
In July 2007, after 10 years I sold my CyberCafe here in Costa Rica. I must confess this to you: I need to do something to maintain my brain cells happy! This way I should be able to avoid a visit from Mr. Alzheimer!

In a perfect world, they say that when you can match your hobby with your work, you are on the road to happiness. That interest in Internet Marketing started in September of 2006 and is more alive than ever. Interest with this leitmotiv:

I think it is a matter of honesty, to be straight with your readers. If there is one specific post that will get you some money, you just mention it to your readers. Nobody shout when they see a can of Coca Cola in a movie. They don’t even mention it! Nobody is going to stop the movie to say: ” Sorry, but this is an advertisement” !

So what is wrong to make money posting in your blog if your reader knows right away the greedy reason of your post!?
